Cheddar-Nut Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tomato paste |
1 | Chopped clove garlic | |
Salt and cayenne pepper |
Throw everything in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth.
Spoon into bowl and stir in 1/3 cup toasted chopped walnuts.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with breadsticks.
