Blue Cheese Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Egg (large) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 | Salt | |
1 | Pepper | |
1 cup | 237ml | Olive oil |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Blue cheese |
Blend all items except the oil and cheese in a food processor. With food processor running, slowly add the oil.
Add cheese and blend until smooth.
Serve with chips or hot chicken wings.
