1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Vegetable shortening |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
5 | Garlic - minced | |
4 oz | 113g | Green chilies - chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cumin |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
* cooked and drained with liquid reserved
Fry and mash beans in shortening.
Add rest of ingredients and heat.
