1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozVegetable shortening
1   Onion - chopped
5   Garlic - minced
4 oz 113gGreen chilies - chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlCumin
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlCayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

* cooked and drained with liquid reserved

Fry and mash beans in shortening.

Add rest of ingredients and heat.
