1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
1 | Garlic - finely chopped | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Red chiles - ground |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Pepper - dash of |
* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned. ~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 2 cups of dip.
