Antipasto - 1

Recipe Ingredients

2   Green peppers
2   Celery stalks
1   Garlic clove
  Flowerets of med cauliflower
1 cup 237mlTuna fish drained
1 teaspoon 5mlGranulated sugar
1 teaspoon 5mlOnion (medium)
3   Carrots
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons 30mlOil
1   Juice of one lemon
1 splash  Ketchup

Recipe Instructions

Finely chop peppers, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, mushrooms and cauliflower; cook in hot oil for 5 minutes, mix well. Cook 5 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars, cool and refrigerate. When serving, place antipasto in a pretty dish, surround with crackers.
