Yakitori Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

6 tablespoons	90ml	Sake
1/2 cup	118ml	Dark soy
3 tablespoons	45ml	Mirin
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sugar

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in small saucepan.

Bring to boil and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat; set aside 5 minutes.

Use to brush meats, poultry, or vegetables.
