| 1 | Tomato sauce - (29 ounces) | |
| 1 | Kidney beans w/liquid - (29 ounces) | |
| 1 | Pinto beans w/liquid - (29 ounces) | |
| 1 | Onion - diced (medium) | |
| 2 | Green chili - diced | |
| 1 | Celery - diced | |
| 3 | Tomatoes - chopped (medium) | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cumin powder |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chili powder |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Black pepper |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Water |
Brown the beef and drain the fat off.
Crumble the cooked beef into pea size pieces.
In a large pot, combine the beef plus the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer over low heat.
Cook stirring every 15 minutes for 2-3 hours.
