Wendy's Chili

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozGround beef
1   Tomato sauce - (29 ounces)
1   Kidney beans w/liquid - (29 ounces)
1   Pinto beans w/liquid - (29 ounces)
1   Onion - diced (medium)
2   Green chili - diced
1   Celery - diced
3   Tomatoes - chopped (medium)
2 teaspoons 10mlCumin powder
3 tablespoons 45mlChili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlBlack pepper
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
2 cups 474mlWater

Recipe Instructions

Brown the beef and drain the fat off.

Crumble the cooked beef into pea size pieces.

In a large pot, combine the beef plus the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer over low heat.

Cook stirring every 15 minutes for 2-3 hours.
