Shoji's House Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Oil |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Onion - mince |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Rice vinegar |
3 1/2 teaspoons | 17ml | Light soy sauce |
3 1/2 teaspoons | 17ml | Ketchup |
3 1/2 teaspoons | 17ml | Water |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Celery - mince |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger - grate |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon peel |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground pepper |
Blend until smooth; store covered. Drain salad well and toss with dressing immediately before serving, or serve dressing on the table.
