Poultry Seasoning Mix

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon	15ml	Salt
2 teaspoons	10ml	Freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon	5ml	Msg - (optional)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Paprika
1 teaspoon	5ml	Dry mustard
3		Bay leaves - finely crumbled
		And stems removed
1		Garlic - minced

Recipe Instructions

Yield: Enough For 6 To 8 Pounds Of Chicken Or 2 Large Whole Turkeys

Combine all of the ingredients and blend well. Store in an airtight container.

Rub on chicken or other poultry before grilling.
