1 cup | 237ml | Nutritional yeast flakes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Turmeric |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Marjoram |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tarragon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rosemary |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sage |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Celery seed |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Thyme |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Onion powder |
Pulverize in a blender and store in a cool place. For gravy, buzz F1 Tb. flavor mix and F1 Tb. flour per 3 - 4 fl.oz. water in a blender depending on desired thickness.
Simmer or microwave, stirring periodically until thickened. Thin with water as desired. Good broth base -- make a veggie chicken-less soup or gravy with this.
