8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - cut in bits |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Parmesan cheese - grated |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
8 oz | 227g | Fettuccine; cook - drain |
In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.
