Multigrain Pancake Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Regular oats |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | All-purpose flour |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Whole-wheat flour |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Cornmeal |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Unprocessed wheat bran |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Toasted wheat germ |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
Place oats in food processor, and process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Yield: 4 cups.
