Tips |
Dip wings in water then in seasoned flour. Fry in very hot oil about 1" deep in heavy skillet until browned on both sides. Serve promptly with BBQ dipping sauce, Sweet and Sour, or Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce. For HOT add 1 ds of cayenne to flour. EXTRA-CRISPY-Use Bisquick in place of flour.
