Homemade Snack Cake Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 3/4 cups | 546g / 19oz | Unbleached flour |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Baking soda |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
| 5 1/4 cups | 1039g / 36oz | Granulated sugar |
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until blended.
Divide mixture into 6 portions, about 2 1/3 cups each. Store in containers with tight fitting lids. Label all containers with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use with 10-12 weeks.
Makes about 13 1/2 cups of Homemade Snack Cake Mix, or 6 packages.
