Homemade Cornbread Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Unbleached flour - or all-purpose | 
| 4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Yellow cornmeal | 
| 2 cups | 474ml | Nonfat dry milk - instant or | 
| 2 cups | 474ml | Dry buttermilk powder | 
| 2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Granulated sugar | 
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Baking powder | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Baking soda | 
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a container with a 10-cup capacity and a tight fitting lid.
Seal container; label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 10-12 weeks.
Makes about 10 cups of Homemade Cornbread Mix.
