Herbs De Provence Spice Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dried marjoram |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried rosemary |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried sage |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dried savory |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Fennel seeds |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
Combine all ingredients. Mix well and spoon into small jars.
Makes 3/4 cup. Use to season chicken, vegetables or meat.
