1 | Refried beans | |
1 | Green chiles - chopped | |
1 | Onion (small) | |
2 | Avocados - mashed (medium) | |
1 | Tomato - chopped (medium) | |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
Picante sauce | ||
Olives |
Using an 8x8x2 inch pan, spread refried beans evenly into bottom of pan.
Place green chiles over beans, then cover with onions.
Next, layer with mashed avocados, top with tomatoes.
Garnish with sour cream, picante sauce, and olives.
Note: Serve at room temperature with chips.
