El Pollo Loco Chicken - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Lemon; juice of | |
1 | Orange; juice of (large) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Heinz chili sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic powder |
1 | Tabasco sauce to taste | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
4 | Chicken breasts; boneless |
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together. Add chicken and marinate for 4-24 hours.
Grill for about 10 minutes on each side.
Serve with tortillas and salsa.
