Crisp Coating Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Corn flake crumbs |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Wheat germ |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Sesame seeds |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Dried parsley -- |
| Crushed | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Paprika |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt - (opt) |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground pepper |
Use with recipes in chicken & pork in a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a 5-cup container with a tight-fitting lid. Seal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place.
Use within 2 months. Yield: about 4-1/2 cups crisp coating mix.
