Cracker Jacks Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Peanuts |
| 2 | Margarine | |
| 5 cups | 312g / 11oz | Popped corn |
| 2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Packed brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | Light corn syrup |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking soda |
Mix all ingredients together except corn and baking soda. Cook over low heat until melted then add baking soda and coat corn and peanut mixture. Spread in cookie sheet and let cool
