Cracker Barrel's Hash Brown Side Dish Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Bag frozen hash browns - thaw |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chopped fine (medium) |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Margarine - melted |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Sour cream |
8 oz | 227g | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
10 oz | 284g | Cream of chicken soup - condensed |
Corn flakes - crushed | ||
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Margarine - melted |
In a 9x13 pan, make single layers of the following: potatoes, onions, 6 tbs melted margarine, sour cream, cheddar cheese and soup.
Sprinkle top with corn flakes. Drizzle 4 tbs margarine over top.
Bake 350F for 1 hour or until bubbly and piping hot.
