1 | Taco mix | |
1 | Tomatoes | |
2 | Boil in bag packages of minute rice | |
1 | Cheddar soup | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
Brown beef, add taco mix and tomatoes. Cook rice. In 13 X 9 inch casserole dish, layer meat mixture then rice. Mix milk and soup and pour over that.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
