400 | Fresh bean curd in clear water | |
2 | Garlic - crushed | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oyster sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cornstarch |
Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the bean curd and fry for 1 minute.
Add the oyster sauce and mix the water with cornstarch. Boil together. Serve hot.
