Szechuan Stir Fry - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Steak - sliced in thin strips |
Rice | ||
Sauce | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Sliced green onions |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Canola oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cooking sherry |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | McCormick Szechuan seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
Combine sauce ingredients and set aside.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray & stir fry meat until no longer pink. Drain juices. Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer a few minutes.
Serve over rice.
