3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
Taco shells | ||
Grated cheddar cheese | ||
Fresh tomatoes - chopped | ||
Lettuce - finely shredded |
Cook ground beef in skillet until browned, drain off excess fat. Add taco mix and water, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring once or twice until liquid is reduced. Serve 2 tablespoons beef mixture into each taco shell, top beef with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Makes 8 to 10 tacos.
