Sesame Udang Toast(Sesame Prawns On Toast) Recipe - Cooking Index
150 | Prawns | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oyster sauce |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Fish sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
Black pepper | ||
Garlic pepper | ||
Sesame seeds | ||
1 | White bread | |
Oil for deep frying |
Grind all the ingredients except the oil and bread into a paste. Remove the crusts from the bread (optional).
With a spatula, spread the mixture on the bread and sprinkle some sesame seeds over the top.
Deep fry with the prawns face down.
