Taco Meatballs Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef - ground |
1 cup | 237ml | Green pepper |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Rice - cooked |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic salt |
11 oz | 312g | Cheddar cheese soup |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery |
2 | Egg - beaten | |
8 oz | 227g | Taco sauce |
Mix all but last two ingredients. (I puree vegetables in blender rather than chopping.) Form meat balls and place in 2- 1/2 qt. dish. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. While baking, heat taco sauce and soup on stove. Pour over meatballs and bake another 30 minutes.
