Oriental Turkey Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Miracle whip |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger - ground |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Turkey breast - cooked |
1 | Bell peppers - red | |
1 cup | 237ml | Pea pods - partially cooked |
1 | Carrots | |
1 | Onions - green |
Slice turkey breast and bell pepper into strips. Slice pea pods lengthwise.
Slice carrot diagonally. Chop onion. Mix salad dressing, soy sauce, and ginger in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; chill. Serve on lettuce-covered platter.
