Oriental Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index

Marinade | ||
2 | Garlic - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ketchup |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
Mix the marinade ingredients together.
Place the wings and marinade in large Ziploc bag.
Place the wings in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Arrange wings in baking dish so that they do not touch.
Bake the wings for 30-45 minutes until and the skin is a crispy golden brown.
