Chicken cutlets | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
Flour | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco sauce - (to taste) |
Marinate chicken cutlets in sesame oil, sugar, and Tabasco sauce. Dredge in flour.
Spray medium skillet with Pam. Place chicken cutlets in hot pan, and brown slightly on both sides.
