Nancy Style Lobster Noodles Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | Lobster - (alive) | |
2 | Sliced ginger | |

2 teaspoons | 10ml | Wine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oyster sauce |
1 | Chile paste | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
8 oz | 227g | Stock |
Soak the noodles in boiling water for 1 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cold water. Squeeze out excess water. Clean the lobster and cut into pieces. Slice the ginger and garlic.
Put the oil on a high heat and add the garlic and ginger. Add the lobster and give a good stir then add stock. Cook for 10 minutes and remove to a plate.
Leave the gravy in the wok and add the remaining ingredients. Stir for 5 minutes and put back the lobster and noodles. Stir well then remove to a plate.
Serve hot.
