Green Pak Choy (Chinese Cabbage) With Soy Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Green bok choy |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
2 | Sliced garlic |
Wash bok choy and drain well.
Heat oil and add the garlic then the bok choy.
Stir constantly until the bok choy changes color.
Add the soy sauce to taste. Serve hot.
