1 | Onion (medium) | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
5 oz | 142g | Flour |
4 oz | 113g | Water |

Satay sticks |
To make the batter, pour the flour and the salt in a bowl and add the water. Whisk slowly and then vigorously until smooth.
Wash all the vegetables and cut them into chunky bite size. Skewer alternate vegetables with the satay stick.
Dip the skewered vegetables in the batter and deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
