1 | Egg | |
2 oz | 56g | Toasted cashew nuts |
1 oz | 28g | Toasted almonds |
1 oz | 28g | Toasted peanuts |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce - (1 to 2) |
1 | Chile - (optional) | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Oil |
1 | Spring onion - chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oyster sauce |
Heat the oil, stir in the egg then add the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Stir until piping hot.
Place the rice onto a serving plate and garnish with cashew nuts, peanuts, almonds, spring onions and chile.
