Ed's Teriyaki Sauce - The Best Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Flank steak (large) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Garlic powder or salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Ground ginger |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Salad oil |
Mix and blend well at low speed for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture over the steak.
Turn in the mixture and refrigerate over night. Turn over in the morning.
Marinate about 24 hrs.
Charcoal broil 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Slice into thin strips across the grain.
