Dipping Sauce For Steamed Dumplings Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ginger - finely chopped |
2 | Garlic - finely chopped | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rice vinegar |
Mix all ingredients well and let set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better).
Bring to room temperature before serving.
