2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1 | Salt |
Wash the vegetable under running water with a dash of salt. Separate the stalk from the leaves.
Heat the oil in a wok and add in the stalk of the vegetables as these take long to cook. Then stir in the leaves.
Add the oyster sauce and add a dash of salt.
Stir well and serve hot.
