Chinese Red Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Garlic clove - crushed | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly ground pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Finely grated ginger root |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Soy sauce |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Honey |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Dry sherry |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Five-spice powder |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Chili sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
This marinade is for pork.
Makes about 3/4 cup
