1 cup | 237ml | White wine |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger |
Salt | ||
Pepper |
Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger.
Marinate lamb turning occasionally.
Broil or grill to desired degree.
Salt and pepper to taste.
