1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |

2 | Cucumbers - seeded, thinly | |
1 | Red bell pepper - thin sliced (small) |
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oil, and pepper flakes.
Mix in cucumbers and bell pepper. Chill.
