Chinese Bbq Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Toasted sesame seeds |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Peanut butter |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Curry powder |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pepper |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Oil |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Sherry |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated ginger - (amount ??) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
4 | Green onions chopped - white |
Place first 8 items in blender and blend 45 seconds.
Stir into bowl with ginger, garlic and onions. Use to marinate chicken.
