1/2 cup | 118ml | White vinegar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 | Pineapple-apricot nectar* | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornstarch |

Every Chinese cook has his own version of this. This one is intended for quick cooking in an American kitchen.
In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar, and nectar and bring to a boil.
Continue cooking until sauce thickens.
