Beef In Black Bean Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Beef |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black beans |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cornstarch |
1 | Ginger | |
2 | Garlic | |
8 oz | 227g | Stock |
A dash of white wine |
Slice the beef very thinly adding the cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper together. Use your hands to squeeze and bind it together. Slice the ginger and garlic. Crush the black beans.
Heat the oil and in the wok add the ginger, garlic and black beans. Stir together until you smell the aroma. Add the beef and fry quickly for 2 minutes adding the stock.
Garnish with white wine. Serve hot with mixed vegetables.
