Asian Black Bean Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black bean sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry sherry |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame oil |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use on pork, beef or poultry.
