2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Yellow cornmeal |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Chile powder |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Ground cumin |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground red pepper |
Combine all ingredients in large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag, seal bag, and shake well.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons).
