Super-easy Chili

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozHamburger - (1 to 2)
2   Enchilada sauce - mild, (15 oz) med, or hot
2   Pinto beans - (15 oz)
2   Green chiles - (4 oz) chopped
  Chopped onions & grated cheddar cheese - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Brown hamburger and drain. Add enchilada sauce, beans (with juice), and chiles.

Simmer slowly for at least 1/2 hour; 1-1/2 hours is much better.

Place in serving bowls; top with cheese and onions. Serve with tortillas, bread, or crackers.
