Quick And Easy Vegetarian Chili

Serves: 4 people

Recipe Ingredients

1   Onion - chopped (medium)
1   Celery - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
4 cups 640g / 22ozCooked - drained kidney beans
1/2 cup 118mlTomato sauce
3 tablespoons 45mlVinegar
2 teaspoons 10mlMolasses
1 teaspoon 5mlBasil
1 teaspoon 5mlOregano
2 tablespoons 30mlTo 3 tb chili powder

Recipe Instructions

Saute onion and celery in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Serve or chill several hours and reheat to serve.
