| 5 | Avocados, ripe - peel & pit | |
| 4 | Garlic - finely chopped | |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato, chopped - 1 medium |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
