Southwest Guacamole - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Ripe avocados, (Haas are the best) | |
4 | Garlic, minced | |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Fresh tomato, chopped |
1 cup | 237ml | Lime, juice of (medium) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Green taco sauce (optional) |
Mash avocados with a fork in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
