1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chicken bouillon - dried |
Vegetable oil | ||
Fresh cheese | ||
1 | Avocado |
Fry the tortilla slices in vegetable oil until crispy. Let stand in absorbent paper.
Sautee the onion in oil in the soup pan until translucent. Add the chicken broth, chicken bouillon and the tomato and cook for 20 minutes.
Garnish with cheese and avocado slices.
